Sunday, 3 May (17:30 CEST, live on DAZN): Borussia Mönchengladbach â BVB
Following their home win against SC Freiburg, the BVB professionals face another Sunday fixture. The Black & Yellows are unbeaten in six matches against Borussia from the Lower Rhine, most recently securing two home wins (2-0 in the first half of the season and 3-2 last season). The final home game of the season is upon us: Borussia Dortmund kick off the Bundesliga Matchday 33 against Eintracht Frankfurt on Friday evening at SIGNAL IDUNA PARK. The two sides have already met twice this season. First, Borussia won 4-2 on penalties in the DFB-Pokal, whilst the reverse fixture in the league ended in a 3-3 draw. Itâs set to be an emotional affair even before kick-off: Julian Brandt, Niklas SĂŒle and Salih Ăzcan, who are leaving BVB at the end of the season, will be given a send-off and will appear before the fans for the last time in the black and yellow jersey.
To round off the Bundesliga season, BVB travel to Bremen. In the Bundesliga, the Black & Yellows have been unbeaten on the banks of the Weser since 2014: in nine matches, BVB have won six times and drawn three times. The reverse fixture in January saw Borussia win 3-0 thanks to goals from Nico Schlotterbeck, Marcel Sabitzer and Serhou Guirassy.
