The Blues were very quiet in January, with their only business bringing Mamadou Sarr back from his loan at Strasbourg.
Despite the vast investment in the squad it still lacks quality, and the Blues need to address a number of areas in what’s going to be a critical summer.
According to reports Chelsea are prepared to target players with proven Premier League experience, but until it happens fans will remain sceptical.
The Blues have been linked with Morgan Rogers, although it’s thought any potential deal for the England international could cost in excess of £80m.

“Chelsea need to sign another centre-back as well.
“There’s a general acceptance at Chelsea that they need to sign players who have more character, more personality and players who have experience of playing in the Premier League.”
