Spoelstra: No need to penalize Ball any further
Erik Spoelstra supports no further penalties for LaMelo Ball after flagrant foul.

Rory McIlroy won the Masters for the second consecutive year in 2026, becoming only the fourth golfer to achieve back-to-back victories. At 37, questions arise about his future dominance in the sport.
After more than a decade of coming up short at the Masters, Rory McIlroy finally came out on top at golf’s most prestigious tournament in 2025. Now, you have to wonder if he’ll ever stop winning it.
“Rory may never lose this thing again,” 1992 Masters champ Fred Couples told The Athletic’s Gabby Herzig.
The Northern Irishman was already only the sixth golfer to complete the modern Grand Slam by winning all four majors. Now, he’s only the fourth to win back-to-back green jackets.
Perhaps Father Time will step in to slow him down; McIlroy turns 37 in a couple of weeks, after all. Or maybe Scottie Scheffler, who nearly ran down the leader after sitting 12 strokes back halfway through the tournament, will stand in the way.
But for now, McIlroy is the king.
We’ll dive into the Masters in this week’s quiz, but there’s plenty more to sink your teeth into as well. Good luck! Feel free to share your score in the comments below, and make sure you spare a moment to take on our daily Connections: Sports Edition, too.
