The Los Angeles Rams hold the 13th overall pick in the 2026 draft, thanks to a trade with the Falcons. ESPN predicts which top prospects are likely to be available for selection at that position.
Most years, the Los Angeles Rams don't have a good idea of which prospects will be available to them when they go on the clock for the first time. That's because they're usually drafting late in the first round, or not in Round 1 at all.
This year is different. Thanks to a draft day trade with the Falcons last year, the Rams hold the 13th overall pick in the 2026 draft, and they know at least one of the top 13 players on their board will be there for the taking. The question is, which one will they select?
ESPN attempted to predict which prospects have the best odds of being available for the Rams at No. 13, all at positions of need. These are estimates based on ESPN's chart within their draft predictor, but they give us an idea of who could be on the board for L.A. next Thursday night.
Most likely to be there
WR Omar Cooper Jr.: 98%
QB Ty Simpson: 97%
TE Kenyon Sadiq: 95%
C/G Olaivavega Ioane: 95%
OT Kadyn Proctor: 94%
EDGE Akheem Mesidor: 89%
If the Rams want any of these players, they'll probably have a chance to pick one of them at No. 13 based on ESPN's projections. Simpson would be viewed as a reach at 13, as would Ioane, but Cooper, Sadiq and Proctor are legitimate possibilities. Mesidor is a wild card because analysts appear to be all over the map on him.
A decent chance to be there
WR Makai Lemon: 84%
OT Spencer Fano: 69%
OT Monroe Freeling: 66%
WR Jordyn Tyson: 57%
All four of these players would fill roster needs for the Rams and they all have a better-than-50% chance to be available. Lemon is a wildly popular pick for Los Angeles in mock drafts, as is Tyson, while Fano and Freeling would be more sensible selections along the offensive line.
Poor chance to be there
CB Jermod McCoy: 37%
OT Francis Mauigoa: 18%
CB Mansoor Delane: 10%
WR Carnell Tate: 7%
ESPN doesn't think any of these four players has a very good chance to be on the board when the Rams are up. McCoy has the best odds of them all, likely due to the injury questions surrounding him. Mauigoa would solidify the offensive tackle position for years to come, while Delane would add even more depth to a position that's already a strength.
As awesome as it would be for the Rams to land Tate, it's highly unlikely to happen unless they trade up for him.
