Tyrone made it three Ulster U'20 football titles in a row with a 4-18 to 0-22 win over Monaghan at the Athletic Grounds.
Three first half goals from Shea McDermott, Conor Devlin and Aodhan Quinn, alongside a late strike from substitute Darragh Donaghy, sealed a fourth Ulster crown in five years for the Red Hands at the grade, their 18th overall.
Both sides finished third in their respective groups, but defied the odds beating group winners in the last four - Tyrone knocking out Donegal, while Monaghan accounted for Armagh.
There's history between these two teams from their minor days back in 2023, Monaghan beat Tyrone in the Ulster semi-final on penalties, before losing both the provincial and All-Ireland finals to Derry.
The reigning All-Ireland champions will look aim to retain the national title for a third year in a row when they take on the Leinster champions on Wednesday, 13 May.
Goals win games
Monaghan got off to the perfect start, rattling off six scores in a row after Turlough Muldoon got Tyrone up and running, with Tom Doherty landing four of those including a two-pointer.
The Red Hands would take over and outscore their opponents 3-10 to 0-5 in the intervening 17 minutes to lead 3-11 to 0-11 at half-time.
McDermott struck the first major, before Matthew Carolan landed a second two-pointer for the Farney men.
A real ding-dong battle started to play out as Tyrone dominated the Monaghan kick-out and Conor Devlin burst through heart of the defence to shoot through Jamie Mooney to the net for his side's second goal.
Doherty landed his second orange flag, and his team's third, before a Paul Devlin's side hit their third major with Devlin and O'Neill combing to set up Quinn who rifled home.
Paul O'Connor's half-time team-talk definitely provoked a reaction from this team, as they outscored their opponents 0-9 to 0-3 in the first 20 minutes of the second half.
Maguire landed a pair of two-pointers to bring his team's orange flag count to five, but more importantly just three separated the teams with less than 10 to play.
However, late scores from captain Conor Devlin and a fourth goal from substitute Darragh Donaghy meant Tyrone retain their provincial crown.
