The Minnesota Vikings lost wide receiver Jalen Nailor in free agency and are still looking to replace him.
In their quest to do so, the Vikings are set to host veteran wide receiver Jauan Jennings on a free-agent visit, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
"49ers free-agent wide receiver Jauan Jennings is visiting tonight and Wednesday with the Minnesota Vikings, per source," Schefter reported.
A former seventh-round pick of the San Francisco 49ers in 2020, Jennings is entering his sixth year in the NFL.
He posted 643 yards and nine touchdowns in 2025, which was a step back from his career-best 2024 campaign that saw him reach 975 yards and six scores.
But there's a good explanation for that, as Jennings admitted he was battling a slew of injuries during the campaign.
Jennings would be an excellent fit to step into Nailor's role alongside Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison.
Nailor left in free agency to sign a lucrative deal with the Las Vegas Raiders. The Vikings failed to sign a replacement in free agency and did not draft one, either.
Jennings' lengthy stint in free agency is a sign he didn't get the offers he was seeking. And, at this late stage, he is likely to come cheap, which is right up Minnesota's alley.

The Vikings are looking to replace Jalen Nailor because he left the team during free agency.
Jauan Jennings' visit indicates the Vikings are actively seeking to strengthen their wide receiver corps after Nailor's departure.
