Titus Falk has been named the IndyStar's track and field Athlete of the Week for April 27-May 2. Voting is now open for the week of May 4-9, with nominees including Addyson Bautista from Terre Haute North.

Here are the nominees for the IndyStar's high school track and field Athlete. IndyStar readers vote to decide this week's winner. Voting closes at noon on Thursday, May 14. The poll is at the bottom of the article.
Bautista turned in an impressive performance at the Big 5 track meet on May 7. She placed first in the 800 meters (2:16.19) and 1600 meters (4:58.44). She ran the opening leg for the third-place 4x400-meter relay team.
Northviewâs Karsyn Buck is a nominee for the IndyStar's track and field Athlete of the Week for May 4-9.
Buck won the 100-meter hurdles, 300-meter hurdles and girls high jump at the Big 5 track meet on May 7. She ran a time of 15.90 in the 100 hurdles and 49.52 in the 300 hurdles. She also recorded a leap of 5 feet, 6 inches in the high jump.
Catlin secured gold in two events at the Big 5 track meet. He ran a time of 10.89 in the 100 meters and 22.48 in the 200 meters.
Dowty won the pole vault at the Beech Grove high school conference meet on May 8. He recorded a leap of 11 feet, 6 inches.
Lindsay placed second in the boys long jump at the Big 5 track meet. He jumped 19 feet, 5 inches to clinch silver.
Titus Falk was voted as the IndyStar's track and field Athlete of the Week for that period.
The nominees include Addyson Bautista from Terre Haute North, who had notable performances at the Big 5 track meet.
Voting closes at noon on Thursday, May 14.
Addyson Bautista placed first in the 800 meters with a time of 2:16.19 and in the 1600 meters with a time of 4:58.44.

Miller picked up four top-two wins at the Carmel vs. North Central girls track meet on May 7. Individually, she won the pole vault (11 feet) and placed second in the 100 meters (12.46) and 300-meter hurdles (47.47). She ran second leg for the first-place 4x100-meter relay team (49.77).
Payne won two events at the Beech Grove high school conference meet on May 8. He won the 200 meters (23.05) and 400 meters (50.32).
Rich won the 1600 meters and 3200 meters at the New Castle high school meet on May 7. He ran a time of 4:56.06 in the 1600 meters and 10:58.68 in the 3200 meters.
White won four events at the Big 5 track meet. Individually, she won the 100 meters (12.72), 200 meters (26.06) and girls long jump (18 feet, 3 inches). She ran second leg for the winning 4x100-meter relay team (50.33).
Williams secured gold in two events at the Carmel vs. North Central girls track meet on May 7. She won the 100 meters with a time of 12.13. She also secured the 200 meters in 25.77.
