Despite an historic triple-double from Victor Wembanyama (11 points, 15 rebounds and 12 blocks), the Timberwolves made enough plays down the stretch to win 104-102 to draw first blood in the series.
The Spurs are heavy favorites, just as they were in Game 1, to get the series back on even terms heading to Minnesota.
