The midweek schedule for Dave Van Horn's squad is over, so Arkansas returned from exams to the diamond with a three-game set against the Sooners. The Hogs strolled to a 12-2 run-rule victory in the opener on Friday, with Hunter Dietz tossing a complete game in the seven-inning affair.
The Razorbacks then rediscovered some eighth-inning magic in Game 2, erasing an 8-5 deficit and pulling away for a 12-8 victory to clinch a victorious series. Zack Stewart provided the go-ahead two-run double.
However, Arkansas failed to finish off the sweep as its pitching staff ran out of quality options on Sunday. Oklahoma rode a seven-run seventh inning to a 15-10 win.
UCLA remains the No. 1 team in the country. The rest of the top-five is No. 2 North Carolina, No. 3 Georgia Tech, No. 4 Georgia and No. 5 Texas.
There are nine SEC teams inside the top-25. Joining Texas and Georgia in the top-10 are No. 6 Auburn and No. 10 Texas A&M.
