While a lot of NBA analysts are predicting an easy series for the Boston Celtics vs. the Philadelphia 76ers in the first round of the 2026 NBA Eastern Conference Playoffs, forward Sam Hauser is not looking down at Boston's opponent in the series. "I mean, they're really good," explained the Green Bay, Wisconsin native after a recent Celtics practice.
"They test your defense in a lot of ways, starting with )Tyrese) Maxey, the way he can get downhill. he's super fast," he added. "Paul George is a dynamic player and then, when Joel Embiid plays, he's obviously a big threat himself."
"So, what we have to do to be successful, I think, is just rebound and get back in transition on defense," suggested the Boston sharpshooter.
Sam Hauser believes the series will be tough and highlighted the 76ers' strengths, particularly mentioning players like Tyrese Maxey and Joel Embiid.
