The Bills had been rumored to want KC Concepcion, the wide receiver from Texas A&M who was actually born in Rochester. That possibility came off the board at No. 24 overall, though, when the Browns took Concepcion instead.
That pushed Buffalo away from using its first-rounder on a wideout after having already traded away this year's second-round pick for Bears veteran WR DJ Moore.
