PREP ROUNDUP: Hartselle still in hunt for another state title
Hartselle Tigers win 2-1 over Pell City, advancing in state title chase.
Four-star offensive tackle Cameron Wagner will announce his commitment to a college football program on May 11 during the Pat McAfee Show. Wisconsin Badgers are a strong contender for his commitment.
The Wisconsin Badgers have long been known for their talent on the offensive line.
With a strong emphasis on the run game, that's a major part of the offense that would go nowhere if it weren't for winning in the trenches.
In a few short days, Wisconsin is looking to win once more.
On3's Hayes Fawcett revealed that four-star offensive tackle Cameron Wagner will announce his commitment on Monday, May 11, on the Pat McAfee Show.
Wagner, a 6-foot-6, 300-pound OT out of St. Joseph, IL, is deciding between Wisconsin, Illinois, Notre Dame, and Oregon.
Badgers fans shouldn't get too excited as 247Sports logged an expert prediction he'll go to Oregon, but that doesn't mean all hope is lost.
Wagner is listed as the No. 36 offensive tackle in the class of 2027, according to 247Sports.
Currently, four of Wisconsin's 12 commitments are offensive linemen. Cole Reiter and Ethan McIntosh are listed as offensive tackles, while Hunter and Reece Mallinger are interior offensive linemen.
