FSU's second scheduled visit comes on Wednesday, when the Seminoles are expected to host Missouri guard Anthony Robinson II. A Florida native, Robinson would be a homecoming addition of sorts for first-year head coach Luke Loucks. Robinson, a 6-foot-3 guard out of Tallahassee, was a three-star prospect who originally signed with Mizzou during the 2023 recruiting cycle over schools like Florida State and Auburn.
The junior averaged 8.9 points, 3.1 rebounds, and 3.0 assists per game in the 2025-26 season and earned SEC All-Defensive Team honors during his sophomore campaign. Robinson appeared in 96 games, starting 50, over three seasons with the Tigers, amassing 156 career steals. Florida State had a Zoom call with Robinson last week before scheduling the in-person visit.
With the transfer portal window officially underway, the Seminoles are working to retool their roster ahead of the 2026-27 season. The additions of a front-court scorer like Rancik and a proven defensive guard like Robinson would target critical areas of need for FSU entering next year.
