Florida State has offered a scholarship to 2028 offensive lineman Sam Walker from Central High School in Carrollton, Georgia, after his second visit to the campus. Walker, who is 6-foot-4 and 320 pounds, has also received offers from Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
Florida State has made it a mission to get their 2028 recruiting going early. On Thursday, they hosted blue-chip offensive lineman Sam Walker out of Central High School in Carrollton, Georgia.
This was the second visit for Walker to FSU as he also took an unofficial visit back in November for their game against Virginia Tech. This time, the 6-foot-4, 320 left with a scholarship offer from Seminoles.
Walker has compiled a pretty stacked list of offers so far although the total isn't extremely high. Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, and Tennessee have all extended offers to him as well.
247Sports doesn't have a ranking for Walker. Rivals industry rankings see him as the No. 225 player nationally and the No. 13 interior offensive lineman. They have deemed him the No. 24 prospect in the state of Georgia as well.
Walker hasn't taken an official visit to Florida State yet, but that is surely to change now that he has an offer on the table.
