Fourâstar point guard Chase Richardson, a 6âfootâ1 standout from Friendswood (TX), announced his pledge to Texas A&M over offers from Purdue, Nebraska, and Virginia. Richardson is ranked the No. 4 player in Texas and a Topâ75 prospect nationally, giving McMillan his first commitment of the 2027 cycle.
Richardson fits the mold of what McMillan wants in his backcourt. A tough, highâmotor guard who thrives in transition and sees the floor at an elite level.
