Colts wideout Josh Downs donned a Cowboys hat on draft night in support of younger brother Caleb, who was drafted by Dallas with the 11th overall selection in the 2026 NFL Draft. The elder Downs brother even shouted "Cowboys, baby!" — showing just how tight the bond is.
There are family rivalries and then there's the Downs family, where Sundays might come with a little extra smack talk. On the surface, their brotherly love may show no bounds, that is until the helmets get strapped on as the bond gets placed on temporary hold.

This won't be the first time these brothers faced off against each other on the gridiron.
Josh was a senior at North Gwinnett High School in Georgia when he faced Caleb who played for Mill Creek. Josh's team won in a blowout, with the elder beating he younger brother for a touchdown.
Caleb has already fired a playful warning shot, joking that his older brother is going to "have a problem" when the two meet up later this season. While some may see that as playful banter, to others, that is a confident rookie stepping into the league with something to prove.
Josh Downs hinted that Caleb will have a problem when they meet on the field, emphasizing the competitive nature of their sibling rivalry.
