Real Madrid winger set to leave on loan this summer as club make space for Brazilian â report
Real Madrid may not be set for a mass exodus in June, but it is clear that some players will be forced to leave and make way for new names.
The likes of Dani Ceballos, Eduardo Camavinga, and Dani Carvajal are all linked with permanent exits from the club, but there is another set of players who the club wish to see leave but also maintain control over.
Franco Mastantuono is one name who finds himself in the latter category. After all, he arrived only in the summer and has not done too poorly, albeit not enough to warrant a place in the squad next season either.
As confirmed by Defensa Central in a recent report, Real Madrid have already decided on the departure of the Argentine forward next season and see it as necessary for the player.
However, they do not intend to permanently sell him and just want the protege to play more regularly for a club away from the spotlight. A departure on loan is thus what they seek.

Other players linked with permanent exits include Dani Ceballos, Eduardo Camavinga, and Dani Carvajal.
Making space for new players is crucial for Real Madrid to strengthen their squad and remain competitive in upcoming seasons.

Real Madrid require results in the short-term, and playing at the club requires a player to bring their best to the field week in and week out. What that does not give a player, however, is time to adapt.
What Los Blancos believe is that a year away from the Spanish capital can give him the right atmosphere to bloom and rediscover his best. Away from the pressure and spotlight, he will be able to nurture his growth.
So far this season, Mastantuono has only earned nine starts and 17 appearances in the league for Real Madrid, and has one goal to show during the same period.
Since Arbeloaâs arrival, however, he has only appeared 12 times in 18 games and has just two goals to his name across all competitions.
