Brooklyn Nets rookie guard Egor Demin had a solid rookie season for the Nets prior to his left plantar fasciitis ending his season prematurely in March. Since the ending of the regular season, there have been several articles published of people around the NBA that gave their predictions over what the two NBA All-Rookie teams will look like. In pieces published by ESPN's Tim Bontemps, No Ceilings' Nathan Grubel, and Yahoo! While the official votes for the NBA's All-Rookie teams have yet to be released as of this writing, it doesn't look good for Demin to make either of those teams given what some of the voters have said about the honor. With that being said, Demin heads into this offseason aiming to recover from his fasciitis as soon as possible so that he could come back to Brooklyn next season as a significantly-improved basketball player.
