Junior Caminero found his way to an injury you've never seen before.
The Tampa Bay Rays superstar hit a foul ball on Tuesday night down off the dirt that bounced right up and hit him in the right side of his face.
He went down in pain.
It appeared to have hit his jaw and avoided his eye or his earring.

Caminero got incredibly unlucky on the way his foul ball deflected back up off his face.

The good news was that he temporarily stayed in the game. He grounded out and hardly ran down the line.
