Atletico Madrid players avoid stepping on Arsenal badge at Emirates Stadium after Ben White controversy

Arsenal defender Ben White was involved in a bust-up with Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone last Wednesday following the Gunners’ 1-1 draw in the first-leg of their Champions League semi-final tie. The Arsenal star walked on the Atletico club crest as he made his way to the dressing room after the game and was immediately confronted by Giuliano Simeone. The incident sparked a melee and the second-leg at Emirates Stadium tonight is expected to produce fireworks as Gunners manager Mikel Arteta looks to take his team to the final.

Atletico players have been training at Arsenal’s home ground ahead of the game and how they reacted after spotting the Gunners badge at the entrance of the pitch was caught on camera.
